Job Title : Part-time Sales Associate

Location : Bayfield, Wisconsin

Job Description:

As a part of our growing Sales Team, you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. With a passion for gracious service, an interest in fashion, styling talent, and product knowledge proficiency, you’ll establish and cultivate long-term client relationships in-store and online.

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
• A passion for fashion, jewelry, and/or vintage

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management
• Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment 
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining appointment calendar for customer visits

Skills

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Shopify experience a plus
• High school diploma

Requirements

• This store operates by appointment only and with special events during specific times of year
• Must be available weekdays,weekends, and some holidays as needed
